302B is a great location! Wake up and go to bed watching and hearing the waves. Even if is breezy on the beach, you can sit on the balcony with protection from the wind while still enjoying the sun on your face! The bed and couch are comfy, and the kitchen has most anything you might need. The owner even allows access to beach chairs and an umbrella!
