Loved it!

Long post ahead because I love knowing the little details when I go to a new place…We stayed in April 2024 and had a GREAT time. The house is very pretty; everything seems fresh and new. It gives vacation vibes for sure – great colors, furniture, and decorations. It was very clean when we arrived, which I loved. There’s lots of sleeping space – 4 rooms with king sized beds, one with two twins, a separate room with a pull out sofa, and two huge couches in living spaces. This would be a great house for a multiple-family trip. (I went with several other adults and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom.) Two kitchens is a cool bonus. We used the one downstairs for snacks and drinks. Having a kitchen so close to the pool, with an open window between the two, meant no one had to leave the fun to get what we needed. People could hang out inside and still talk to people in the pool. We used the upstairs kitchen for cooking meals. All items that you’d expect in a kitchen are there. I also saw a crock pot, blender, grilling supplies, toaster, Keurig, and a regular coffee maker (flat filters were in a cabinet during our trip.) There were LOTS of beach and bath towels to use. Extras were in the bathroom shelves, along with hairdryers. There were also lots of hooks to hang towels to dry – some houses don’t think to add this. A great “extra” was all of the beach supplies in the garage – I think I saw 10 beach chairs! They’re the ones with big built-in pockets and a cooler, and they have straps to carry them on your back. There were also two umbrellas and a full sized hard-sided cooler. It was everything we needed for the beach; a nice surprise for sure. Outside, there’s a huge bin filled with pool floats (way more than we needed) and lots of toys and goggles if you’re bringing kids. It even had a football, frisbees, and sand toys. Kids would be able to spend all day in the pool for sure. It’s big and has a water slide (I tried it – it was fun!) The best part might be the lanai with the canal view. It’s really pretty out in the back of the house. There’s a ton of space, with chairs, tables, and several ceiling fans. There’s even a bathroom accessible from the lanai. The pool and hot tub were clean and RELAXING! There’s a trolly stop within walking distance of the house, but we didn’t use it. Several beaches are a close drive away. We had a BLAST at the house and would stay again.
