Very nice – down one flight of stairs then directly out to the beach. Very nice pool and pool deck. Nice to have the gas grills available. Condo clean and adequately supplied. Unit was as pictured in the listing. Love being on the quiet north end, yet walking distance to downtown. Loved watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the beach – so fun!
