Welcome to our two bedroom two bathroom property is located at the north end of Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy beautiful Gulf of Mexico views from your private lanai, with the sand and shore just steps from your door. Property is located next to Bowditch Park, just a short walk to Time Square, the pier, local restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. Free WiFi is available.

Quiet and relaxing

"The property was situated very nicely next to the park on the north side of the island. Quiet and relaxing, we were able to watch the boats and people in our area. Our condo building was busy but it was not overwhelming with people. The pool was lovely and warm! I missed a call while we were flying south and did not realize the code for the door had been changed. The host company was available and helpful as soon as we arrived. They answered our questions quickly. The only problem was we could never get the main tv to work properly. We would return here without question.

"There was a full view of the beach. Can also see the boats passing between sanibel and fort myers beach. Rooms were clean.

"When we arrived at 5pm Friday, our first day, the HVAC unit had stopped working. So we called Tripower property managers and told them about it and that we were leaving for dinner. They called twice while we were out to keep us informed, and we're able to have the tech fix it before we got home that evening. That's above and beyond service. They then followed up the next day as well. We will plan to come back again!

"The condo is excellently furnished! The kitchen has everything you could want and all of the items are good quality and in good condition. We appreciated the nice bath and beach towels plus the beach chairs and umbrellas. The view from both screened in porches is so nice. The walk to Times Square is almost one mile. We walked it many times both on the beach and sidewalk. We will definitely be back again next year!

"Your condo was very nicely decorated and we had everything needed for a great stay. We really like the location. Easy access to the beach and nearby Bowditch Park, We walked down to the Times Square and Old San Carlos are restaurants a lot. We hope to possibly get down that way again, and we will definitely see if it’s available then. "Perfect vacation villa. It was so well furnished and outfitted, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The location of the unit could not have been better, with its own private beach, the park next door and the private pool onsite. Would highly recommend to families, couples, or anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience.
