Charming one bedroom, one bathroom unit is beautifully decorated and is located right on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the views of the beach and gulf from your balcony. Located on the beach and is on the South end of Fort Myers Beach across from Santini Plaza, shopping, and restaurants. This rental also has a shared pool and tennis courts. Free WiFi is available.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office 2001 estero blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.

Clean and Accommodating 2021-07-04

This was our first visit to Fort Myers Beach and we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this condo and the extras it provided. Truly everything was spotlessly clean, and I have never stayed in an Airbnb unit that was so well equipped in the kitchen. Crock-Pot, glass storage containers, cocktail glasses, you name it. There were also plenty of fresh linens, towels for both beach and bath, etc. The only critical piece of feedback I would offer is that the sleeper sofa in the unit is terribly uncomfortable whether used as a sofa or a second bed. In our case, we attempted to use it as a second bed and it caused me to be calling around for a chiropractic appointment by day 3. I was in excruciating pain and slept the rest of the week on the floor. Otherwise, the unit was great! Thank you!

Great experience overall; only minor negative with condo was what appeared to be dog hair on the floor that was missed in cleaning. Everything else was very clean - comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the stocking of ample towels, and other basic necessities that were provided.

This vacation for my husband and myself was a first for a condo rental and boy did we pick the perfect rental. Everything that was in the description and the pictures were exactly what we got. A sunset view every night from the lanai is what we enjoyed as well as walking the beach which is right in your back yard. The complex was quiet and friendly. The condo itself was very clean and supplied with everything for a great vacation. Thank you to Linda , the owner, for being honest with all my questions. A perfect place to stay and will recommend this condo to all who are looking for a great vacation on Ft Myers Beach.

My husband and I have stayed at this condo facility many times. It was our first time at this particular condo.. It was clean and updated nicely. we can't get enough of the beach while we are here and this condo is right on the beach. Just a short walk and you are there.

We have stayed at EBT Unit 305A before and have found it to be an ideal spot. The view from the balcony is second to none for dolphin spotting, countless varieties of birds, and incredible unobstructed sunset views.

Although it is at the "quiet" end of the island, there is an abundance of entertainment within walking distance. Pinchers Tiki Bar at the Wyndham is a short walk up the beach and has great live music. Directly across the street from the condo are several spots worth visiting. The Sandbar and Grille is a great sportsbar and the staff will make you feel right at home. The Castaways Bar also offers some good bar food and entertainment. There is and ice cream shop (Truly Scrumptious) that also serves some extremely good breakfast items. The shopping area also includes a Subway, the South Beach Café, and a liquor store.
A five minute drive or trolley ride will put you at Lovers Key Park which is a beautiful beach / nature preserve. At ten to fifteen minute trip north puts you in the middle of Times Square which is the heart of FMB entertainment.
We love this location and the condo itself has everything you could ask for!

Loved location! We are pretty simple...mostly love to walk the beach and search for shells, or just sit near the water with a beverage and relax. Both were easily done. Condo was clean, close to beach and restaurants, and had all the things we needed to play on the beach. Loved our view from the balcony too! Only drawback was not having washer and dryer inside unit...there is a coin operated one if need be though. Also wish the pathway to beach wasn't thru the spiky grass. Not a big drawback, but would have been nice to have walkway up to the sand.

This was an efficiency unit that would work well for a couple. The unit is simple, clean and appropriately appointed. The king size bed does have a pillow top making it too soft for some. The unit is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and looking out on the Gulf. There is easy access to shopping, dining and fishing/boat rental. Golfers will have a 45 minute drive to the closest course. Clientele were you families with grade school children along with senior residents. The ambiance is quiet and respectful.

We had a great vacation the 14 days we were here. This is our second time back to Estero Beach & Tennis Club and are definitely looking forward to coming back again next year. The area is beautiful and the condo we had was very comfortable and clean and had everything that we needed.

My husband and I loved our stay in this newly renovated condo on the third floor facing the ocean. We have stayed in this building on the top floors for the past three years and found we preferred this level as sitting on the balcony was less windy and also we could not hear the elevator mechanism, which may be heard on the higher floors. The balcony furniture was also much more comfortable than the previous condos where we stayed which only provided uncomfortable plastic chairs. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful time from the minute we stepped in the condo. It was spotless, very well decorated and the views from the balcony (lanai) were gorgeous. We didn't bring a car and was very happy with the choices nearby for dinner which were plentiful and the 7 Eleven and CVS carried alot of things we wanted. We also took the trolley one day just to see how it was and it was very nice to go all the way down to Times Square. We were there Christmas week and there were things open on Christmas Day also. Right across the street was 5 or so restaurnts from more upscale South Beach Grill and then a few others midrange and then a ice cream place and even Subway. They had a post office there too. We walked everywhere and on the beach every day. We went to the beach with the beach chairs that were in the condo and took the cooler down to the beach and had lunch. We also laid by the heated pool a few days. Also just hanging out on our lanai was great - every day started with coffee and breakfast on the lanai. We saw dolphins playing and alot of birds and shells. Gorgeous sunsets from the beach or even from the lanai. Very nice complex - good security - pleasant people everywhere. Sand was white and cool (not hot like some places). So many things to do or you can just sit and read in the sun or shade.

My wife and I just returned (reluctantly) from a 10 night stay and the accommodations were absolutely perfect! The view from the balcony is incredibly, offering a constant wildlife show! The birds that inhabit the protected area provided a constant show along with the dolphins just off shore at all times of the day. There are plenty of bar and restaurant choices close by. This was one of the best equipped units that we've ever rented including a small cooler, beach chairs, and noodles for the pool. We look forward to a return trip!

This unit needs a new bed. It has a beach and lagoon and short walk to wider sand beaches. No good separation between LR and BR. curtain does not lock closed. Long way to Times Square!
