Across the street is Santini Plaza, a CVS, and Fish Tale Marina. A local trolley can take you to Lovers Key or to the North-end of Fort Myers Beach (Time Square area). The unit includes a full kitchen, living and dining area, king-size bed, walk-in shower, tv, a private balcony, and beach chairs. We also provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Our property includes Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryers on ground level of each building (pay-per-load).

There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. Dog-Friendly details: This unit is pet-friendly for small dogs only (max up to 40 lbs), at least 1 year or older, with a 2 pet limit. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
