275 Ohio is a spacious 4 bedroom / 2 1/2 bathroom pool home. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom that leads to the rear patio, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a a queen size bed , and the 4th has a trundle bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom.

There is a Very large updated kitchen with all the essentials of home including seating for 6 at the dining table. This home also includes 3 TV's, Free wifi, as well as the heated pool and huge screened in lanai with updated seating and a large flat screen tv with cable and internet to entertain the whole family!

275 Ohio sits in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the action. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, be in Times Square in less than 10! Times Square is home to dozens of attractions for you to enjoy. This includes restaurants, live music, the beach, the pier, fishing, bird watching, and fun rentals like mopeds, electric bikes, 2 person buggies, jetskis, or kayaks.

This lovely island getaway is the perfect place to make memorable moments on a vacation getaway to Fort Myers Beach!

There is a $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (Thanksgiving - Easter)

"We had a great stay! The location was perfect with a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream nearby. The pool and back patio were amazing! We had a few, very minor issues, and the rental company and Owner were very responsive and got everything fixed very quickly, with no impact on our stay. We would love that stay here again!

"Loved this place a group of 6 ladies enjoyed the pool and lanai for 7 days, when the weather was hot, majority of the time morning afternoon and night you would find us here in the spacious area, beautifully decorated. We were walking distance to the square, and if not we used lift. Trolley service was hard to find a week long trip I think I had seen maybe 3 times. Great location when you wanted to go to the beach along with chairs and wagon to use hauling to the beach. Thank you to Carlos at Tri-power vacation rentals we will definitely use his service again. Great place to rent inside is amazing as outside. Thank you The 60’s Chicks from Michigan.

Pool Beach and Times Square close by

"House was clean and very nice and in a good location - beach was 5 minute walk and to town center (called Times Square) was maybe 15. Some good restaurants within a 5 min walk also, and the Liki Tiki bar was at the end of the street! Great screened in porch with TV and a couple of drink fridges and a sink, very handy as we spent time by the pool. We arrived the same day Tropical Storm Fred was rolling by, so it was rainy and windy and as a result the pool had some debris in it but there was a net we used to clean it out. Rest of the week was fine, just a quick skim to get leaves and a few bugs out - but it was great to have such nice landscaping and large trees which made it super private and relaxing. Wifi was a little weak, not sure why since it's not a huge place and the router is right in the center of the house. Overall a great stay and everyone had fun.

Wonderful Vacation

"We loved this cottage! Four and half stars! Quiet street. Short walk to the beach. The backyard with pool was beautiful and serene. The lanai, a great place to hang out and was our favorite part of the whole house. Fully stocked. Large kitchen. Good sized TVs in living room and lanai. Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. Some suggestions for improvements: - 4th bedroom has a full sized bed, not 2 twins, the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable - Hallway bathroom needs some hooks and shelves - Improve wifi connection on lanai and by pool - It would be great to have another fan on the lanai over the sectional We highly recommend staying here. It was very clean and well-tended. We look forward to returning next year.

"This was a great home to stay for a family vacation. We spent most of our time out on the screened in porch which was so spacious. The pool was awesome too. This place is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and pier. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

"The cottage was perfect for our family getaway. With the private pool and waking distance to the beach it allowed for us to have the access to both. The outside living room and nice size bedrooms made the house feel spacious. The only downside is that there is no bathtub so if you are traveling with a toddler the shower is the only option. The location was great in a nice neighborhood off the busy path but close enough to walk to all the action.

"275 Ohio Ave. Very nice home swimming pool was great. Was a little worried about pool being cold but the solar power kept it warm! 8 adults stayed we utilized the back screen in porch for gatherings 👍. Great location minutes walk to Beach and Time Square . Traffic on Ft.Meyers Beach is BUSY so we proffered to walk. Staff at Tri Powers very friendly and helpful. Gas Grill was outta propane I called and gal was there within minutes to get a refill!! We definitely would stay here again!!

"We had a great stay at the Seahorse Cottage. The property is beautiful and the space was great for our friend gathering. The pool was great and the foliage surrounding the backyard made the place feel very private. We loved the screened in porch for hanging out. Seahorse Cottage

"What a wonderful cottage !! Clean, comfortable, and tons of amenities in the cottage and close by. There were 4 adults for our stay, and we were very pleased with the bedrooms/bathrooms. The best part of the cottage, in our opinion, is the lanai. We spent a lot of time there. We had all our meals there and enjoyed the beverage fridge, TV, and seating a great deal. The private yard and pool area are great. We felt as if we had our own private paradise. A nice quiet street, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping.....anything you would need. We liked it so much, we booked again for 2021. 100% satisfaction !!! Peaceful and Relaxing

"Our time spent in your rental was absolutely wonderful. The property was everything you said it was. Extremely clean, very well furnished with lovely furniture and the pool was fantastic. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the needed kitchenware to fit 8 people with out problems. We were so impressed we booked for 2021 before we left.
