Beautiful Gulf Front Condominium with great amenities and access to beach. Next door to Bowditch Park and within walking distance to the Time Square Area, Pier, Restaurants and shopping. Our one bedroom/ one bathroom unit has all the essentials of home to make this your perfect beach vacation. The great room setup includes a large family room area, dining area and kitchen, all over looking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a bedroom with a king bed and TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower setup. Other amenities include Free WiFi, towels and linens, sleeper sofa in family room, on-site laundry room (coin operated), free parking, key-less entry, new dishwasher, large heated pool and direct beach access - sand at your door step. Make this your next beach vacation spot!

There is a $100.00 fee for cancellation made 60 days before the arrival date. All cancellations within 60 days of arrival date are subject to a loss unless we are able to re-book the reservation. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

7-night minimum rental, minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat - Sat ( Thanksgiving and Easter )

Great stay in this little condo, private beach access, pool, grilling area and the view was better than expected. Close to Time Square, trolley was very helpful. Had an excellent first time experience in Ft Myers.

The condo inside was beautiful and well supplied. However the general area needs improvement. The Pool furniture was filthy--mold and dirt on back of the lounge chairs. The elevator broke down twice during our 14 day stay. The lock on the Laundry Rm door became inoperable and no one could reach the Condo Board to authorize a repair for over 24 hours. The laundry room and the pool were very clean. The management company was very responsive. Since our sheets were locked in the laundry room they immediately brought us another set and tried to update us regarding the elevator but the hold up was always that no Board member could be reached and the Board insisted on being notified but never seem to have anyone available. The condo owners should demand better representation because Vacation Villas is a lovely place and the few things that need improvement/repair would make it enjoyable stay for themselves and their renters.

Not quite sure why the bathtubs are slanted.
Compared to other rentals the washers and dryers were more expensive.
Only thing lacking to me was a bathroom down or near the pool and beach.
However, none of the above stopped our stay from being wonderful!

A great location on Fort Myers Beach. Condo is on the first floor on the beach. Sunsets every night and the pool was beautiful. Condo had everything to make our stay amazing.

We have returned to #134 for several winters and thoroughly enjoy every minute of our stay. The unit is ideal, very well appointed, and provides an excellent view of the beach, the Gulf and water life - porpoises playing in the surf, osprey flying above and the vibrant sunsets must be seen to be believed. We look forward to returning again next year.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Upon arrival, it was super clean and ready on time. Complex is also superlative. Neighbors were quite, grills are very nice and we are a 10 minute walk to the downtown district (or 1 to 2 minutes via trolley which is only $.75). Sweet. Thank you Linda!

We have stayed in this villa for the past few years and always eagerly anticipate returning. The location is great, the sea, sand and sun are perfect, and the owners have become friends. Tripower is always very nice to work with, also.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past and enjoy everything about it. The location is ideal just steps from the Gulf and the sunset views are spectacular. The unit is
decorated beautifully, the kitchen is very well appointed, and the bedroom mattress is very comfortable. All electronics run very well and beach chairs and umbrellas are readily available for our use. The location is close to stores, roads are well maintained for travel to nearby museums, shopping centers and restaurants...and we are already booked to return next year and looking forward to that time. The owners obviously take great pride and care with their unit and their attention to their guest's safety, relaxation and comfort keeps us coming back. Hooray for them.

We had an enjoyable, relaxing, fun filled vacation. The condo was so comfortable. It is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. The location is excellent. Right on the beach and at the far end of the island. This place had everything we wanted or needed for vacation at the beach. It is private, clean, easy to access and yet close to shops and other places of interest. We recommend that you try it for yourselves. A great place to vacation.

Our vacation rental was everything we needed. Very clean. It had to be the best equipped rental unit we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had every possible pan, utensil, beach chairs, floats, etc. Bed was very comfortable.

The condo was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. Kitchen had everything you could think of and there were beach chairs, cooler,etc available. The view is spectacular from the living room and screened balcony. There is no better location on FMB for avoiding the traffic on and off the island and and a marina and lovely park are adjacent to the property. Being on 1st floor is also convenient. The owners are fantastic to work with and go the extra mile to make everything easy. Can't go wrong here.
