Beach front house located in the Time Square area. Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom private home with sand at your door step. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico waters right from your own private beach rental. You are in walking distance to many Fort Myers Beach venues, including the Time Square and pier area. Location is much to be desired. Our property has a great room setup with a spacious family room (includes a sleeper sofa), dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials of home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two full size beds. There is also a hallway bathroom. Other amenities includes Free wifi, washer and dryer, towels, linens and BBQ. This property has lots to offer, and you can't beat the panoramic view of the beach through the wall to wall windows in the front of the home. Looking for more spacious, there is a sister cottage behind the home, still on the sand, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

Perfect beach getaway for the family. The location couldn’t be any better!! Walking distance by street and by sand to Times Square and nearby restaurants, far enough to remain quiet. The house was super clean and so cutely decorated. They provided linens, towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and even floats for the water. We will definitely be renting this house again!

Don’t stay here if you hate amazing sunsets. Don’t stay here if you hate sand in the toes and living the life directly on the beach! Our family had the most amazing vacation. We could not have been better located. We had our own private beach! The house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. It has umbrellas to keep you out of the sun, boogie boards to surf the waves, floats to drift away and just relax. The back deck is absolutely spectacular. Several people reviewed the back deck was warped and needed improvement. You are at the beach people relax a bit. My family of six and a baby had no problems. BEST FAMILY VACATION IN YEARS! We will 1000% be booking again. If you are expecting everything perfect and brand new this is not for you if you are looking for the best family vacation this is for you. Time square is a short walk away. Jet ski and parasailing in our your back door. Just do it!!! Just don’t pick a week we want to book lol

This is the 4th year we stayed at this property. We enjoy the space this home offers and spend much of our time on the deck watching the beach. We can walk to Times Square and many restaurants.

House is in a great location right on the sand with gated entrance, but the house has not been maintained well and needs some TLC.

We loved this property! The view of the gulf was amazing and walking distance to all bars/restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen has plenty of everything if you want to cook. We like to spend most days on the beach and there were lounge chairs and beach chairs there to use. We did bring our own beach towels. The deck is warped but the patio furniture was comfortable and we spent a lot of time out there. Great for watching the sunset. We have stayed several places on FMB and each place has its own little quirks but nothing that we have any real complaints. We actually booked this property again for next year!
