This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom is a pet-friendly pool home that is within walking distance of the beach and Publix Grocery Store. There is a neighborhood beach access for this neighborhood directly across Estero Blvd. and a short drive or trolly ride away is the pier, shops and restaurants.

The master and spare bedrooms have queen beds, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room if needed.

Soak up the sun by your heated pool or bring the family into the super-sized lanai with a table for 6, a minibar, and extra seating for watching a movie or the big game.

This property is pet friendly! Feel free to bring along up to two dogs, please be aware pet fees apply per pet.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office at 2001 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.

$100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age is 25 years old, During high season we rent from Sat-Sat ( Thanksgiving - Easter )

I truly loved this home for its cleanliness this locations proximity to the beach and comfort in a wonderful neighborhood. This home had everything possible that any home would have including beach toys. This home had everything possible that any home would have including beach items even a wagon to stroll them with. The kitchen was very well packed with everything including most common condiments. The living room area, as well as the Florida room patio, were ideal for family time the pool was absolutely great with an enclosed screened porch in a very secure neighborhood. Everything was just a short drive away and the beach was just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home and we chose well for our family vacation. Felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this home. Thank you for sharing it!!!

My friends and I were visiting former co-worker and rented this lovely home for a week. The home was completely furnished with all the comforts of home and then some. we were but a few steps from the ocean and had our own beach chairs, towels, shoes, and umbrellas plus our own little wagon to put everything in and when we came back to the house we had a lovely pool take a dip in and relax. Our stay was very enjoyable. Indy 500 residents. Remember RACECAR spelled backwards spells RACECAR

I was very satisfied with the house. It was cozy and comfortable. It was in a quiet area and you could walk to the grocery store.I would definitely rent this house again.The only problem we had is we had to leave and come home.

The house was everything we thought it would be! Great overall location. Good "cross-over" point to the beach, which is very important to me. It was clean, and everything was in good working order. It is on a dead-end road, so not much through traffic at all. Quiet neighborhood.

Fort Myers Beach is one of our favorite vacation spots! This is a small but very nice home. VERY CLEAN and had everything we needed. The lanai is not air conditioned and we borrowed a fan from a friend to create a cross breeze which worked great. The pool is great! We spent a lot of time playing with the grandkids who are like fish in water. Quiet neighborhood too!

We had a wonderful time at this home. We were 9 people and the house accommodated us all very comfortably. The kids loved the pool and the adults really enjoyed walks on the beach, which was only a block away. We definitely recommend it!

The house we stayed in met our accomodtion requirements very well. Although they had a very nice Florida Room and screened in pool we did not use them much. We loved the beach, short walk to it and direct beach access. It was a quiet and friendly neighbor hood. The place was very clean and neat. I would like to thank the owners for sharing their place with us and allowing us to bring our dog.
