There are 2 master bedrooms, the first one has king size bed and private bathroom, the second master bedroom has a queen-size bed with private bathroom that leads to rear paio, the 3rd bedroom has a a queen size bed, and the 4th has 2 twins. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom.

There is a Very large updated kitchen with all the essentials of home including seating for 8 at the dining table. This home also includes 3 TV's w/DVD players, Free wifi, as well as the heated pool and huge screened in lanai with updated seating and a large flat screen tv with cable and internet to entertain the whole family!

275 Ohio sits in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the action. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, be in Times Square in less than 10! Times Square is home to dozens of attractions for you to enjoy. Restaurants, live music, the beach, the peir, fishing, bird watching, and fun rentals like mopeds, electric bikes, 2 person buggies, jetkis, or kayaks.

Pool Beach and Times Square close by 2021-08-25

House was clean and very nice and in a good location - beach was 5 minute walk and to town center (called Times Square) was maybe 15. Some good restaurants within a 5 min walk also, and the Liki Tiki bar was at the end of the street! Great screened in porch with TV and a couple of drink fridges and a sink, very handy as we spent time by the pool. We arrived the same day Tropical Storm Fred was rolling by, so it was rainy and windy and as a result the pool had some debris in it but there was a net we used to clean it out. Rest of the week was fine, just a quick skim to get leaves and a few bugs out - but it was great to have such nice landscaping and large trees which made it super private and relaxing. Wifi was a little weak, not sure why since it's not a huge place and the router is right in the center of the house. Overall a great stay and everyone had fun.

We loved this cottage! Four and half stars! Quiet street. Short walk to the beach. The backyard with pool was beautiful and serene. The lanai, a great place to hang out and was our favorite part of the whole house. Fully stocked. Large kitchen. Good sized TVs in living room and lanai. Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. Some suggestions for improvements: - 4th bedroom has a full sized bed, not 2 twins, the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable - Hallway bathroom needs some hooks and shelves - Improve wifi connection on lanai and by pool - It would be great to have another fan on the lanai over the sectional We highly recommend staying here. It was very clean and well-tended. We look forward to returning next year.

This was a great home to stay for a family vacation. We spent most of our time out on the screened in porch which was so spacious. The pool was awesome too. This place is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and pier. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was perfect for our family getaway. With the private pool and waking distance to the beach it allowed for us to have the access to both. The outside living room and nice size bedrooms made the house feel spacious. The only downside is that there is no bathtub so if you are traveling with a toddler the shower is the only option. The location was great in a nice neighborhood off the busy path but close enough to walk to all the action.

Was a little worried about pool being cold but the solar power kept it warm! 8 adults stayed we utilized the back screen in porch for gatherings 👍. Great location minutes walk to Beach and Time Square . Traffic on Ft.Meyers Beach is BUSY so we proffered to walk. Staff at Tri Powers very friendly and helpful. Gas Grill was outta propane I called and gal was there within minutes to get a refill!! We definitely would stay here again!!

We had a great stay at the Seahorse Cottage. The property is beautiful and the space was great for our friend gathering. The pool was great and the foliage surrounding the backyard made the place feel very private. We loved the screened in porch for hanging out. What a wonderful cottage !! Clean, comfortable, and tons of amenities in the cottage and close by. There were 4 adults for our stay, and we were very pleased with the bedrooms/bathrooms. The best part of the cottage, in our opinion, is the lanai. We spent a lot of time there. We had all our meals there and enjoyed the beverage fridge, TV, and seating a great deal. The private yard and pool area are great. We felt as if we had our own private paradise. A nice quiet street, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping.....anything you would need. We liked it so much, we booked again for 2021. 100% satisfaction !!!

Our time spent in your rental was absolutely wonderful. The property was everything you said it was. Extremely clean, very well furnished with lovely furniture and the pool was fantastic. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the needed kitchenware to fit 8 people with out problems. We were so impressed we booked for 2021 before we left. You can't beat the location of this property. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops and about a 10 minute walk to Times Square. The outdoor seating area is absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and had plenty of linens and beach towels. The only thing that kept us from giving it a 5 for general condition is that it does need a little TLC, but nothing that a little drywall repair and paint can't fix. Also the beach chairs and umbrella are getting pretty rusty and should be replaced. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and beautiful home. Grandkids and whole family really enjoyed the heated pool and beautiful porch. The house had everything we needed and more. If we ever get the chance to do it again. This house would be our pick again.

House was lovely, had all the amenities - kitchen fully stocked, lots of towels, grill. Layout was wonderful - we had 2 adults and four teens. Pool area was private and beautifully landscaped. Used grilling area several times. Great location to walk to beach or Times Square.

Great vacation home! Super private backyard with heated swimming pool!! Spent every morning at the beach and every afternoon in our pool! House is on quiet cul de sac, low traffic and only a short walk to the beach. ( approx. 1/2 mile) would definately stay at this home again!!! Thanks TriPower for your recommendation!!

Our family really loved the house and location. It is far enough from the busy main street on the island so that it is very quiet, yet close enough to walk to the beach and downtown. The pool was a real plus- we loved swimming in the heated pool and laying around in the lounge chairs.
The house was very clean with everything you need provided.
We rented bikes from the shop at the end of the street and enjoyed riding around every day.

Our family spent a week at this amazing spot, a little taste of paradise near a busy downtown within walking distance but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The best of both worlds. The pool was the highlight & sunsets at the beach every evening spectacular!! Grilling outside w/gas grill with a great counter w/built in sink made it easy and cooking inside the well equipped kitchen made it effortless. The only thing we will do next time is rent a couple of bikes for the entire week since traffic on the only road thru town gets a little backed up at times.
We will be back for sure!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks. Great place. Clean, neat and very well maintained. This property has everything - Weber BBQ, heated pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, close to beach and Times Square. Ive travelled all over Florida and this was by the the nicest place Ive stayed.
