The kitchen has a beautiful open concept with stainless steel appliances and ocean views on both balconies to enjoy dining or morning coffee. There is a full size washer and dryer in the home. All towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor by itself with a king bed, wet bar, and a jacuzzi! This luxury bedroom also has an ocean view with its private balcony.
The two guest bedrooms feature queen beds, allowing a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. They are also both equipped with their own full bathroom.
There is an elevator that goes to each floor from the ground floor.
Centrally located near restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The Publix grocery store is a short 5-minute walk. There is a marina behind Publix with boat rentals and fishing charters. A Trolley Stop is located in front of the property for convenient transportation around the island.
We would like to note that we have worked diligently to repair this property back to an enjoyable vacation home post Hurricane Ian. However, renters need to understand that Fort Myers Beach is under considerable construction everywhere including the adjacent properties to ours. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that is just steps from your door.
This rental requires a 1-week minimum, multi-week or month long rentals welcome! Minimum age to rent is 25. There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period.
