258 Primo is the canal front pool home you want to reserve! Its location is among its best attributes. Located walking distance from the beach and our famous Times Square, you will always find a great activity to do. Times Square is home to award-winning restaurants with fresh seafood, live music, gift/beach shops, antique shops, and more! When getting home from a long day of fun, relax in the pool, lounge by the canal, or grill some fresh fish in this tranquil island oasis.

You will find all the essentials of a home at 258 Primo to guarantee a comfortable stay on the island. The home is a split-level home perfect for large parties, couples’ retreats, and family reunions. It has an upper (4 bedroom/3 bathroom) and lower level (1 bedroom/1 bathroom in suite) with separate entrances. The downstairs In-suite consists of a queen bed, full-size fridge, sink, microwave, and your own living room area. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms. There are also 2 more bedrooms that each have 2 twin beds and share a full bathroom. The living room is big enough to accommodate the whole family with a large open layout, comfortable couches, and a large TV with cable and internet.

***If you wish to use our boat lift, please contact us before check-in so we can make arrangements and check with the owner. The lift will cost $100 a week***

**Fall 2022 the home will have major updates including kitchen, bathrooms, all new flooring, and sliding doors going out to Lanai**

There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (Thanksgiving - Easter) This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time.

Our family had a great time! This was close to the beach. Everything was in walking distance. They had all we needed. The canal was great for watching wild life and the view is wonderful. There were minor things they needed tending too, not worth mentioning. That’s what made it feel like home. We will be booking again. Thank you for making everything so smooth from booking to checking out. We accidentally broke the coffee pot, so we bought a new coffee maker to replace. Thank you for a great time!

House was nice. Great set up for Family with young adult children, Allowed the kids to be upstairs while my husband and I took the downstairs. The canal was great -- enjoyed the pool and outside area and a close walk to the beach.

The property was just perfect for the family. The guys loved they could go right out the back door and fish from daylight to dark. The only complaint is the lights or the waterfall didn't work in the pool. We would definitely rent again!

Because of the Coronavirus our get away was a little ify; but because of our own pool we quarantined in our little bit of paradise. The house was perfect, rooms were so spacious, clean and perfect. We loved the screened in porch on the 2nd level and took advantage of the grill, pool and watching the wildlife on the channel. We were so happy and would rent it again. This is the second time my family has rented this location and it did not fail to meet our expectations. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to be close to the center of the activity but still enjoy quite time. My family enjoyed everything that was offered.

House was clean and available when stated. I think we were the first to use the new pool and it was fantastic! Very nicely done and a great upgrade to the home. The new beds were all comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of dishware, pots/pans, etc for pretty much anything you want to cook. The screened in porch was our favorite part of the house for the evening to play games (included by homeowner) or sit around to relax. Might need some new chairs for the table though. If we are able to, we'd like to come back to this same home. We walked to the beach, restaurants, and Times Square. Great location!

We travel all the family toghether (12 people) and the house was great! spacious and have everything we need. The people who rent it (Trip power) were great and they answer for all our needs. We have a problem with the dishwasher and they come in less than an hour to solve it. It ́s a beautiful house and town!! The house has a lot of chairs for the beach (not an umbrella and it would be nice to have it)and towels. The pool was nice but really cold.

Spent 3 weeks in this fabulous house. Perfect location close to lots of bars & restuarants. Beautiful beach across the road. The house had everything we needed . Well equipped kitchen, laundry room & spacious lounge. The outside space was also perfect with pool & bbq & plenty of loungers & chairs. Would love to return again .
