251 Key West Court is a luxurious, three-story beachfront house directly on the white sandy beach!

This modern light-and-bright home features large tile and high ceilings that pair well with the stunning gulf views just feet from your door. It boasts three bedrooms, each with its own attached full bathroom, as well as one half-bath on the main floor. Beautifully updated kitchen and appliances and washer/dryer on the main floor. Master suite on the top-floor with premium amenities and walk-in closet. There is also an outdoor second-floor deck off the living room/kitchen, and extended top-floor deck off the master suite, with patio furniture and tables.

Large ground-level game room with additional full bathroom, another washer/dryer set, and direct access to the private patio with grill, etc. Also has elevator for easier access.

A heated pool is shared between only four homes within the Key West Court courtyard.

Centrally located near restaurants, shops and grocery stores, and literally just steps from the gulf!

Fall break getaway

"We stayed here October 10–15 and had a great experience. My daughters, girlfriend, and I stayed in a spacious beach house with plenty of room for everyone. The views from the master balcony were incredible, especially waking up in the morning and watching the sunsets. The pool is shared with the neighbors but feels almost private, and the direct access to the beach was a huge bonus. The house is well equipped and fully furnished with beach chairs, canopies, and everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessities, and having a grill made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay, and we will definitely come back.

"Wonderful property inside and out. The house was equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation — plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed grilling out next to the pool and strolled out onto the beach anytime we wanted. We had the perfect family vacation!

"Home was beautiful with incredible views. The upstairs patio deck was amazing to watch the sunsets. The downstairs shower was perfect to wash off kiddos after returning from the beach. Both upstairs and downstairs laundry. A whole room of beach gear and toys was much appreciated! There was a group of dolphins that we saw regularly - they swam so close to the shore that we were quite literally swimming with them. The surrounding area is still recovering from the Hurricane and there is ongoing construction all over, including at the large condo next door. It only woke us one morning, otherwise we didn't notice it much. The nightly traffic to get to local dinner spots was quite bad Thurs-Sat. Those are very small grievances with an overall 10/10 experience though, great for our young family. The vacation company also allowed us early check-in and late check-out, which was incredibly helpful with little ones.

We rented 251 KW and it was beautiful

"We rented 251 KW and it was beautiful. Owner was very quick to respond to any issues we had which the first issue was our fault because we had one person on the bottom floor and a person on the second floor, pushing the elevator buttons, and there are very exact directions on how to use it. We would rent again from this owner. It was very nice having plenty of towels, beach towels, and a washer and dryer. We were able to walk to Publix. The kitchen was really big and very well equipped for anything you would need for a beach vacation. The grill was on the beach side and had a nice table and chairs outside. The bottom floor had an extra shower and an extra washer and dryer and lots of pool toys and beach chairs, which we used.

"Pics are right on. Mattresses are firm, towels are plush, couches were comfy. Communication with TriPower were responsive. Publix is only 2 blks away. Been coming to FMB/BB area for 21 yrs. The landscape has been drastically changed with Ian. Only 3 restaurants/bars open; but the beach is quiet and traffic is from contractors. Unfortunately, beach/tiki bars are a thing of the past. 3 of our favorite haunts are no more, but Doc Ford's and Docs of BB are open and thriving. Looking forward to next year - highly recommend this place as a place to stay.

"The house was beautiful and right no the beach. There is lots of construction, but we expected that from the aftermath of hurricane Ian. It’s very quiet. We had the whole beach to ourselves. We rented kayaks from a local shop and kayaked with the dolphins that swim by every morning! The town is still very much under construction. I’d say 85% of the buildings are destroyed but there are making the best of it. Lots of the businesses are working out of trailers. We fell in love with Fort Myers in the state it is now & already planning another trip!

"From start to finish, the whole experience was truly enjoyable and so relaxing! Although FMB is still recovering and construction is ongoing, we were not bothered at all by noise or inconvenience. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Bikes, umbrella and chairs, buckets, shovels for the kids, games, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels!! Washer and dryer worked great! Lastly, the elevator so helpful and convenient! Will definitely stay again!!

"The home itself is beautiful. Located 100 feet from the beach. Unfortunately Fort Myers beach has a great deal of reconstruction left to accomplish post hurricane Ian 1 year ago. For now, if you enjoy some peace and quiet in a top notch home and you do not mind driving some to get to untouched areas for entertainment, then you will love this place.

"This house was fantastic! Direct beachfront with breathtaking views from every floor, great beachfront pool, updated gorgeous interior and beautiful sunsets! Also, very clean and neat. "We spent 2 weeks here at the beginning of August. The house had been very recently renovated and actually did not match the pictures in the listing....it was MUCH better! While the listing photos were nice, the upgrades were amazing. The whole interior has a modern look and feel is well designed and extremely clean. My wife and 3 kids had a great time in total comfort enjoying the beachfront views and the area. The kitchen appliances are brand new and the washer/dryer are new too. The pool is about half size but was clean and comfortable for our family of 5 to swim and play together. Its also right in front of the beach. The bedrooms were clean and some of the beds were new. The location was quiet and family friendly and the grocery store is across the street. In short, we were absolutely amazed and highly recommend

"The beach views are AMAZING. This newly renovated home is beautiful inside. Nice, high quality fixtures, countertops, showers and appliances. Tri Power was awesome. When we needed something we called and they would send over a knowledgeable, friendly person the same day. WONDERFUL service. We enjoyed the low key area of mid-island too. Great place to stay!
