This 1 bedroom unit is on the ground level, left side. It comes with a King bed plus a twin-size sleeper sofa in the living room for a max occupancy of 3, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, fully stocked kitchen, and individual patio. Shared washers and dryers are available onsite. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
Activities available to you on FMB: biking, hiking, birding, shelling, kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing, dining, and most importantly RELAXING.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Guests will also be sent additional documents and questions from SafelyStay, our damage protection provider.
