to see water and mangroves and birds from almost every window was breathtaking

We had a truly wonderful time there. We live in Oregon it took a while to get back, but I’m now rested and can look back on the trip with great pride and gratitude. We had 10 family members come from all corners of the USA to celebrate our 40th anniversary. It’s easily the most beautiful house we’ve ever been in and the location was perfect. The ability to see water and mangroves and birds from almost every window was breathtaking. There were a couple small witches, checking in having to do with the door code to open up the house, but that was resolved relatively quickly. Next day we found that the coffee maker didn’t work, but it was replaced the same day. We had no problems after that. The two spacious master bedrooms were fantastic and easily equal the best hotel suites we have ever stayed in. The other three bedrooms that share two baths were certainly adequate for our needs. The only thing that didn’t cooperate was the weather. We had a couple very cold mornings, but I know that that is Florida as I grew up here many years ago. The enormous pool is heated, but was still pretty cool though. We still enjoyed it, even our 2 1/2 year-old granddaughter! The beach (at beach access number #12) nearby is fabulous. The surf temperature was about 73. We generally walked there and it took a less than 10 minutes. There is some parking there and we especially involved going there as a family one evening to watch the sunset. Those are probably our best pictures.
