Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets

This condo is in one of the best locations on the island, directly on a very private stretch of beach. The property has been completely renovated with beautiful, high-quality finishes throughout. The kitchen is stunning and extremely well equipped. The condo also provides several beach umbrellas and chairs, which was a great bonus. The views are absolutely spectacular, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The lanai/deck is very spacious, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. There is also a lovely heated pool, along with two outdoor grills and a large area for dining outside. The Pink Shell Resort is just a one-minute walk away, and we ate there often — they have three waterfront restaurants. You can also rent jet skis right on the beach. The condo is within walking distance to Times Square, and a free trolley stops by the building approximately every 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.
